Jonesh Sharma
Founder & Principal Engineer
Since 2018, Jonesh has built and tested production systems for UK and European enterprises across retail, payments, telecom, healthcare, and professional services. Some of that work was delivered directly; some as a specialist delivery partner inside larger consultancy programmes.
He founded Anystack in 2024 around a conviction that outlasted the AI hype: offshore delivery is easy to buy and hard to trust, so quality has to be measured and reviewed inside the work, not asserted after it. That is what a qualified pod is — senior engineers whose output is checked against the client’s quality bar as it ships, not just billed as staffed hours.

How we staff
Small on purpose.
A pod is senior engineers only — no juniors to train on a client’s time, no bench to keep warm, no pyramid to bill. The people who scope the work are the people who ship it, and they are answerable for it. The other pod seats are filled per engagement from a vetted bench of senior associates the founder has shipped production systems with.
Being small is a deliberate constraint, not a stage we are impatient to grow out of. It is what lets the proof of quality be real: a small senior pod can measure test-effectiveness and review every change adversarially without it collapsing into theatre. We will not flex to twenty bodies next week, and we will not pretend a pod is a staffing agency.
