Since 2018, Jonesh has built and tested production systems for UK and European enterprises — Tesco Mobile, John Lewis & Partners, Waitrose, EY, Network International, Avis, and Sixt — across retail, payments, telecom, and professional services. Some of that work was delivered directly; some as a specialist delivery partner inside larger consultancy programmes. The work, the code, and the results in our case studies are his and the pod's.
He founded Anystack in 2024 to package that experience into a different shape: senior-only, AI-augmented, accountable for outcomes rather than billable hours — and small enough that the founder is in your codebase, not in a steering committee.

Small on purpose. Not small by accident.
Every engagement is founder-led: Jonesh scopes it, leads it, and is accountable for the result. The other two seats in the pod are filled per engagement from a vetted bench of senior associates — engineers he has shipped production systems with before, matched to the problem: QA and test automation, platform and cloud, or AI integration.
There are no juniors, no shadow staffing, and no bench-time billed to you. A registered one-person company running a three-person pod is a feature, not a gap: it means zero management layers between the person who sold you the outcome and the people delivering it. Surge capacity exists; pyramid economics don't.
