This policy explains how Anystack Engineering ("we", "us", "our") handles information you provide when you contact us or use our website at anystackengineering.com.
When you submit a contact or careers form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company or location, message, role interest, profile links and a CV in PDF form. Separately, and only if you consent to analytics (see “Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking” below), our analytics tools automatically collect limited technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.
Business-enquiry information is used to respond and determine whether there is a fit for an engagement. Careers information and CVs are used to assess the stated role or a relevant future engagement. We do not add form submitters to marketing mail without separate consent.
Form submissions are transmitted through the Gmail API to our team inbox. A business enquiry's name, email, company and enquiry context may also be recorded in HubSpot CRM so the response and next action can be tracked. CV files are attached to the team-inbox notification and are not uploaded to HubSpot by the website. This operational processing occurs when you submit the form and does not depend on analytics-cookie consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Google processes form messages and CV attachments through Gmail, and HubSpot processes the business-contact fields described above as our CRM. The analytics and visitor-identification services described below process data only after analytics consent. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry, application or operation of those systems.
We retain website enquiries and careers submissions for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial or recruitment process. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will acknowledge the request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days, subject to any record we must retain by law or under a signed agreement.
With your consent, our website uses third-party analytics and B2B visitor-identification tools. These set cookies or use local storage and may process your IP address, device and browser information and pages viewed. The business-identification tools may also process your employer or company. The tools we use are: PostHog (product and traffic analytics), HubSpot (CRM and marketing tracking), Leadfeeder (company-level visitor identification), and RB2B (individual visitor identification, primarily for US visitors). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not load any of these tools until you accept them via our cookie banner.
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and tracking cookies. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary loads until you click “Accept.” If you decline, these tools are not activated. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer. Because consent is opt-in, declining will not affect your ability to use the site.
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through our website. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
