Before
Mobile QA depended on a live API environment. Instability in that environment caused delayed feedback and flaky test runs.
Intervention
Engineers, test specialists and a business analyst worked as one delivery team. Its responsibility covered development, testing and production deployment.
A mock-based Appium strategy replaced the live API dependency with controlled services. Tests ran in isolation and mobile QA could proceed independently of the API team's release schedule.
Business analytics data informed sprint priorities. Demos at the end of each cycle gave stakeholders a regular view of completed work.
Engineering talks ran throughout the programme. Internal teams saw how the test model worked, why decisions were made and how to change it after the programme ended.
