Release Evidence Assurance
REA is our first planned Continuous Intelligence Loop: a pre-deployment confidence assessment that combines deterministic checks with structured evidence review.
Currently available as a scoped pilot for organisations that ship frequently and need confidence signals before every deployment. All analysis is currently conducted manually by senior engineers. Automated execution is under development.

What Release Evidence Assurance provides
REA evaluates 15 deterministic checks across your CI/CD pipeline, test results, and deployment targets, then scores confidence across six dimensions to produce a structured go/no-go recommendation.
Deterministic checks
- All required CI stages pass without regression
- Test coverage thresholds met for changed code
- No known-critical defects open against target release
- Dependency scan reports no high-severity vulnerabilities
- Deployment target environments are consistent
Evidence review
- Code review completion and approval quality
- Test results traceable to requirements
- Environment configuration verified against staging
- Rollback plan documented and tested
- Release notes complete and accurate
Confidence assessment
- Six-dimension confidence scoring (coverage, risk, evidence, history, environment, process)
- Structured recommendation: proceed, proceed with caution, or block
- Explicit risk statement for any identified gaps
Pilot eligibility
Good fit
- You ship to production at least weekly
- You have existing CI/CD and test automation
- You want structured confidence signals per release
Not ready yet
- You have no CI/CD pipeline or test automation
- You deploy less than monthly
- You are not prepared to share deployment data
